Pleggi’s aim is to assess job applicants through a set of short online games that measure cognitive and personality traits. The collected behavioral data is used for matching top job candidates with employers. This plug-and-play solution gives employers the selection and management tools to reduce both time and effort for the company’s HR teams & recruitment specialists. The team has already created an MVP and is currently on its way to refine it and release it to the public.

The main goal of the team is to significantly increase the percentage of great hires for each company while optimizing human capital investments.
